Red-Tailed Farm is a small producer of a diverse range of high quality meats and eggs. We serve our customers directly in the Wilmington, North Carolina area through local farmers’ markets. The well-being of our animals as well as the environment are our primary concerns. We adhere to ethical and sustainable standards in a natural, pasture-based system without the use of unnecessary chemical inputs. Our animals eat high quality, locally milled feeds and spent brewers grain from local breweries in addition to grazing our pastures. We think that not only is this the right way to do things, but that it also produces the best tasting, most nutritious food possible for our customers.
